Chef DeeDee
As she positions the family business for the future, Niyomkul keeps the lessons her family has taught her through the years at the forefront of everything she does. “Carrying on the family name, my mom’s name, is incredibly important,” she says. “My parents were pioneers of putting Thai food on the map in Atlanta, authentically presenting the way we cooked at home. With Nan Thai Buckhead, I have the opportunity to continue that legacy while putting my own modern spin on this cuisine for the next generation of diners.”
